1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the MDM website (mdm.cr), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend not using our site.
2. Services
MDM offers custom furniture design and manufacturing services, including:
- Custom kitchens
- Walk-in closets and wardrobes
- Fine custom furniture
- Commercial projects and interior design
Prices, delivery timelines, and specifications are detailed in each individual quote and may vary based on project complexity.
3. Quotes and Payments
Quotes provided by MDM are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Payment terms are established in each quote and generally include:
- A deposit to start the project
- Progress payments based on milestones
- Final payment upon delivery and installation
4. Warranty
MDM guarantees the quality of its products and services. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects as established in each contract. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of MDM or is used with proper authorization. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. User Accounts
When creating an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MDM reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
MDM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. We strive to keep information up to date but do not guarantee the complete accuracy of all content at all times.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
